As an artist, I am always searching for the truth, but life’s truths are not always visible. Our perceptions of life experiences and our level of awareness is what makes each of us unique individuals. It is that unique quality that I strive to capture on canvas.
Whatever the subject matter of the painting is, the visible painting is just an echo of a much greater process. The images are a reflection of inner emotions and visions.
In an expressionistic style, my paintings convey conscious and subconscious imagery of the human spirit. Hopefully my paintings will touch you and reach into your soul. Then, I, the artist, and the viewer will have connected.
